She began her real estate career in 2003 in the South Eastern portion of New York, working throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties and later expanding into the Mid-Hudson Valley. After earning her broker license just one year into her career, Maria continued as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker, where she quickly distinguished herself as a top-performing agent. Year after year, she ranked among the top 1% of producers, earning recognition as a multi-million-dollar producer in a highly competitive market.

During this time, Maria became the area’s leading relocation specialist, assisting employees and executives relocating in and out of the region for major corporations including IBM, GlobalFoundries, and Corning. Many of these transactions required full-scale coordination while clients were out of state or overseas—overseeing purchases and sales, managing vacant homes, coordinating timelines, and handling details well beyond the scope of a typical transaction. In 2007, Maria joined Prudential, then the largest and top-ranked real estate firm in the area. There, she became part of its new homes division and served as on-site sales manager for subdivisions built by well-known custom builders. She guided clients from the ground up—navigating new construction contracts, design selections, and build timelines—while also selling their existing homes and securing temporary residences during construction. That relationship continues today, with Maria maintaining an 18-year working partnership as the exclusive rental listing agent for their luxury apartment communities.

As Prudential later transitioned into Berkshire Hathaway, Maria remained an Associate Broker, continuing to serve a loyal client base that has followed her across decades and markets. She continues to hold her New York Brokers License, maintaining strong professional ties and an extensive referral network throughout New York and beyond. That long-standing network remains an active part of her business today, allowing her to seamlessly support clients whose moves span multiple regions.

Her experience spans single-family homes, condos, luxury residences, rentals, and commercial properties including shopping plazas and restaurants. In 2017, Maria relocated to Boca Raton, where she earned her Florida broker license and founded Southern Breeze Realty Group.
